Today we bring you another super simple and delicious recipe. We recommend taking it in the mornings or at times when we know we are going to consume a lot of energy. for example, before and after playing sports or activities in which we consume energy.
We use ORGANIC AÇAÍ which as you know is a berry from Brazil similar to our blueberry. It is one of the fruits with the greatest antioxidant power, which allows us to combat the effects of aging. Its high fiber content will help us maintain good intestinal health, controlling and reducing our weight. On the other hand, it contains short-chain carbohydrates, which will give us energy quickly (ideal both before and after playing sports).
