Shipping Policy

All orders within the peninsula are shipped through our logistics operator.
Your order will arrive within the specified timeframe, depending on the destination and shipping type requested. 

Spain:

Deliveries are made within 48-72 business hours on the Spanish mainland, 3 to 5 business days in the Balearic Islands, and 5 to 7 business days in the Canary Islands.

On the peninsula we work with the transport company  Mail.

International

Shipping times depend on the country of delivery. When you select your shipping method, you'll be given an approximate delivery time. 

Europe: 3-5 days 

Outside the EU: 7-12 days.

Order preparation:

Orders placed before 12:30 p.m. are usually processed the same day (unless there is a problem). If you place your order after 12:30 p.m., your order will be processed the following business day. 

Orders placed on Friday at 12:31 p.m. will be shipped the following Monday, as will orders placed on holidays. 

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it as soon as you receive it., no questions asked. 

Change of address or changes to order:

You have 30 minutes to change your shipping address and your order by contacting us. After that 30 minutes, from the moment the order is placed, this will not be able to be modified.

If you need to add any additional information about the shipping address, please write to us at our email address. aloha@baiafood.com lo as soon as possible, specifying the order number and indicating the modifications, and we will contact the transport company.

Shipment:

You will be notified by email when your order leaves the warehouse and is being delivered. The notification includes the shipment tracking number so you can keep track of your order. 

In the event of failure to deliver, the delivery person will make a second delivery attempt.

In Spain, if the second attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will take your package to the nearest collection point, where you can pick it up within the next few days (the shipping company counts 15 days from receipt before returning it).

If the order has not been picked up after these days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued, except for the shipping costs, both the first and the return, which will be borne by the consumer.

Collection point (only in Spain)

Delivery times at the collection point are the same as at home, 48-72 hours. Once the order is at the pickup point, it will remain there for 15 days until you can pick it up.
If the order has not been picked up after these days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued, except for the shipping costs, both the first and the return, which will be borne by the consumer.
**If you select the Pickup Point shipping method, it cannot be modified and a home delivery made once the order has been placed and paid for.

**Orders with an island logistics operator for the Canary Islands.

Purchases made from the Canary Islands are subject to taxes, which vary depending on the value of the merchandise.  Payment (in cash or by card) for these will be made by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery.
For orders over €150, the end customer must pay DUA + AIEM + IGIC, the price of which will depend on the decision of Customs.
For orders under €150, the end customer pays AIEM upon delivery if applicable.

These orders will be shipped via premium air service and will be delivered within an estimated 7 days. Despite being a low-value order, it does require customs clearance.
Your order may take a little longer to arrive if it is held up by Customs.


*** In exceptional periods, Shipments may be delayed up to 7 business days (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, Easter and the entire month of August).  

****Countries such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland that require customs inspection, the shipments made are DAP.  The price you see on the screen includes shipping from your origin address to your buyer's destination address, excluding customs clearance at the destination. Therefore, the buyer's only responsibility when negotiating DAP shipping terms is to arrange for a customs broker to handle import customs clearance.


PAYMENTS
:

The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your cart. The next step is to process the order and make payment. To do so, you must follow the steps in the purchasing process, filling out or checking the information requested at each step.
You can also modify your order details during the purchasing process before making the payment.

You can use Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bizum, or pay in installments with Scalapay.

Bizum (Spain): If you select this payment method, you must follow these steps:
- Enter your phone number + click continue shopping.
- You must enter your Bizum code (you must activate it or have it already active in your bank account).
- Enter the SMS code that will be sent to you instantly.
- Accept the purchase.
