Today we bring you our CHIA AND MANGO PUDDING , a perfect recipe for the summer we are already in. We say perfect because it is highly hydrating which helps you combat the heat. We also want to remind you that ORGANIC CHIA is one of the greatest sources of fiber and omega 3 fatty acids known.
Remember that to enjoy all its benefits and to absorb most of its nutrients you must crush or hydrate theORGANIC CHIA seeds completely. To hydrate them, we recommend mixing the seeds well with the coconut milk and shaking well. After they are perfectly mixed, we let it rest for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator and it would be ready to eat! 😊
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 handful of frozen blueberries
- 6 teaspoons ORGANIC CHIA
1/2 ripe mango, crushed
