No es recomendable tomar el Energy Creamer si padeces de sobrecrecimiento bacteriano del intestino delgado (SIBO), o bien otro tipo de sobrecrecimiento o exceso de microorganismos, ya que la fibra proveniente de la inulina alimentaría más dichas bacterias. Te recomendamos ponerte en manos de un especialista actualizado para que puedas tratar el SIBO y una vez esté limpio podrás consumirlo sin problema.
