We send all orders on the peninsula through our logistics operator.

THE WAREHOUSE WILL REMAIN CLOSED FOR EASTER next Thursday the 28th, Friday the 29th and Monday the 1st, so orders placed after Wednesday the 27th at 12:31 p.m. will not leave the warehouse until Tuesday the 2nd , sorry for the inconvenience.

Your order will arrive within the indicated period depending on the destination and the type of shipping requested.
On the peninsula we work with two transport companies, MRW and Correos , which are chosen based on the operation in each location,

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. , so as long as you place the order before 12:30 p.m. it will be included in the day's shipment, but if you place the order later, the period will count from next business day. Orders placed on Friday at 12:31 will be shipped the following Monday, as will orders placed on holidays. 

After 30 minutes from placing the order, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to add any more information about the shipping address, write to us at aloha@baiafood.com as soon as possible specifying the order number and indicating the modifications and we will contact the transport company.

You will be notified by email when the order leaves the warehouse and when it is in delivery. The notice includes the shipment tracking number so you can track it.

In case of impossibility of delivery, the delivery person will make a second delivery attempt. If this is also unsuccessful, the carrier will take your package to the nearest collection point, where you can pick it up during the following days (the transport company counts 15 days from receiving it before returning it).

If after these days the collection has not been carried out, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the product will be refunded, with the exception of the shipping costs, both for the first and the return, which will be borne by the consumer.

Collection point shipping method: Delivery times at the collection point are the same as at home, 48 - 72 hours. Once the order is at the collection point, it will remain there for 15 days so you can go pick it up.
If after these days the collection has not been carried out, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the product will be refunded, with the exception of the shipping costs, both for the first and the return, which will be borne by the consumer.
**If you select the Pickup Point shipping method, it will not be possible to modify it and make a home delivery once the order is placed and paid.

** ORDERS WITH ISLAND LOGISTICS OPERATOR FOR THE CANARY ISLANDS .

Purchases made from the Canary Islands are subject to payment of taxes, which vary depending on the value of the merchandise. Payment (in cash or card) for these will be made by the client to the carrier at the time of delivery.
For orders over €150, the final customer must pay DUA + AIEM + IGIC, the price of these will depend on the decision from Customs.
For orders less than €150, the end customer pays at the time of delivery AIEM if applicable.
These orders will be shipped via premium air service and will be delivered in an estimated time of 7 days. Despite being a low value order, it involves customs processing.
Your order may take a little longer to arrive if it is held in Customs.
To guarantee a successful shipment without customs inspection, we recommend leaving ORGANIC COCONUT out of orders for shipments to the Canary Islands, as it involves a phytosanitary inspection that greatly delays delivery times and requires specific documentation.
*** In exceptional periods , shipments may be delayed up to 7 business days (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, Easter and the entire month of August).
**** Countries such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland that require customs inspection, shipments made are DAP. The price you see on the screen includes transportation from your address at origin to your buyer's address at destination, except for customs clearance at destination. Therefore, the only responsibility a buyer has when negotiating DAP shipping terms is to arrange with a customs broker to handle import customs clearance.

PAYMENTS
:

The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time, but (except as set out above) any changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. Once you have selected all the items you want to purchase, they will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchasing process, filling out or verifying the information requested at each step.
Likewise, during the purchase process, before making payment, you can modify the details of your order.
