The daily intake is a full scoop (20g), included in the bag.
Mix it with water, milk, vegetable drink, yogurt or some recipe. Not with coffee, because of the temperature.
Take it cold or room temperature. DO NOT take hot, since the protein clumps, although it does not lose properties.
You can combine it with other Baïa products, except those containing Ashwagandha (Calm Creamer and Natural Balance), since it would exceed the maximum daily dose.
Do not take at the same time with: any Creamer, or Well Blend, due to the amount of fiber.
It is ideal to remove the Fit Blend with our skimmer, or in our shaker for better dissolution.

Acabo de comprarlo, en las indicaciones indicáis cazo entero de 20 g pero en el cazo pone varias medidas de diez en diez hasta 50g?? No entiendo bien pensaba el cazo eran 20g

Muchas gracias por tu mensaje, Todos los cazos que vienen con nuestros productos vienen con la cantidad exacta para la dosis diaria recomendanda y llenarlo entero al ras, Por lo que, lo que ves que marca en el cazo son ml (no en gramos) por lo que en las marquitas no debes fijarte y debes poner el cazo entero💚

Estos productos son compatibles y pueden ser consumidos en el mismo día; sin embargo, debido a su alto contenido en fibra, se recomienda espaciar las tomas en el tiempo. Por ejemplo, desayuno y media mañana, o desayuno y después de comer o media tarde. No obstante, si toleras bien la fibra y decides consumirlos simultáneamente, esto no afectará a su eficacia🔬.
