Shipping Policy

All orders within the mainland are shipped through our logistics operator.
Your order will arrive within the indicated timeframe, depending on the destination and the type of shipping requested. 

Spain:

Deliveries take 48/72 working hours on the mainland, 3 to 5 working days in the Balearic Islands, and 5 to 7 in the Canary Islands.

In the mainland, we work with the transport company Correos.

International

Shipping times depend on the country of delivery. When you select the shipping method, it will give you an approximate shipping time. 

Europe: 3-5 days 

Outside the EU: 7-12 days.

Order preparation:

Orders placed before 12:30pm are usually prepared the same day (unless there is a problem). If you place your order after 12:30pm, it will be prepared on the next business day. 

Orders placed on Friday at 12:31pm or on holidays will be shipped the following Monday. 

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it as soon as you receive it, no questions asked. 

Change of address or changes in order:

You have 30 minutes to change the shipping address and modify your order by contacting us.After those 30 minutes from placing the order, it cannot be modified.

If you need to add any more details about the shipping address, write to us at our email aloha@baiafood.com lo as soon as possible specifying the order number and indicating the changes, and we will contact the shipping company.

Shipping:

You will be notified by email when the order leaves the warehouse and when it is out for delivery. The notice includes the tracking number of the shipment so you can track it. 

In case of delivery impossibility, the delivery person will make a second delivery attempt.

In Spain, if the second attempt fails, the carrier will take your package to the nearest collection point, where you can pick it up in the following days (the transport company counts 15 days from when it receives it before returning it).

If after these days the pickup has not been made, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the product will be refunded, except for the shipping costs, both the initial and the return, which will be borne by the consumer.

Collection point (only in Spain)

The delivery times at the collection point are the same as home delivery, 48 - 72 hours. Once the order is at the collection point, it will remain there for 15 days so you can go and pick it up.
If after these days the pickup has not been made, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the product will be refunded, except for the shipping costs, both the initial and the return, which will be borne by the consumer.
**If you select the Pickup Point shipping method, it cannot be modified to a home delivery once the order has been placed and paid for.

- We do not offer free shipping.  USA:  - Home delivery - $39 - We do not offer free shipping.  Rest of the world:  - Home delivery - €35 - We do not offer free shipping.  **ORDERS WITH INSULAR LOGISTICS OPERATOR FOR THE CANARY ISLANDS**. Purchases made from the Canary Islands are subject to the payment of taxes, which vary depending on the value of the goods. The payment (in cash or card) of these will be made by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery. For orders over €150, the end customer must pay DUA + AIEM + IGIC, the price of these will depend on the decision from Customs.
For orders under 150€, the end customer pays the AIEM upon delivery if applicable.

These orders will be shipped via a premium air service and are expected to be delivered within an estimated time of 7 days.   Despite being a low-value order, it involves customs processing.
It is possible that the order may take a bit longer to arrive if it is held at Customs.


*** In exceptional periods , shipments may be delayed up to 7 business days (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, Easter, and the entire month of August).  

**** Countries like the United Kingdom or Switzerland that require customs inspection, shipments made are DAP.  The price you see on the screen includes transportation from your address at the origin to your buyer's address at the destination, except for customs clearance at the destination. Therefore, the only responsibility a buyer has when negotiating under DAP shipping terms is to agree with a customs agent to handle the import customs clearance.


PAYMENTS
:

The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time, but (except as set forth above) potential changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your basket, and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or checking the information requested at each step.
Furthermore, during the purchase process, before making the payment, you can modify the details of your order.

You can use the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bizum, or pay in installments with Scalapay.

Bizum (Spain) : If you select this payment method, you must follow these steps:
- Enter your phone number + press to continue shopping.
- You must enter your Bizum code (you must activate it or have it already active in your bank account).
- Enter the SMS code that arrives instantly.
- Accept the purchase.
