Fit Blend® contains Whey protein, therefore it is not suitable for people who are lactose intolerant (<0.5%) or allergic to cow's milk protein.

One scoop of Fit Blend® (20 g) provides <75 kcal per serving and is the perfect ally for breaking a fast, due to the amount of high-quality protein (10 g/serving) and fiber (6 g/serving) it contains. In addition, you will be providing your body with functional ingredients that promote gut health and will help you feel fuller throughout the day.

Of course! Fit Blend® is designed to be combined with other Baïa® products throughout the day, thereby multiplying the benefits for your health.

More in detail:

Creamers - They can be combined, but they should be consumed at different times of the day, due to the high amount of prebiotic fibers.

Energy Creamer™ - It can be combined in the same drink if you want to enhance satiety and the energy of Fit Blend™ .

Protein (Pure & Plant) - We recommend consuming more protein throughout the day. It can be combined with Fit Blend® , or consumed at different times of the day to maximize protein intake.

Others - It can be combined with other Baïa® products throughout the day. It could be mixed with the lattes and with the superfoods in the same drink.

Warning: We recommend consuming only 2 daily doses of these 3 products (Fit Blend® , Calm Creamer™ and Mind Calmer™ ) due to their ashwagandha doses. There is no contraindication to consuming more ashwagandha during the day, but the studies have been conducted with 600 mg of ashwagandha, and that is what we recommend in a day.

Of course! Microbiotic Creamer® and Fit Blend® are perfect companions for your health, but they should be consumed at different times of the day, due to the amount of prebiotic fiber they contain.

For example, Microbiotic Creamer® in the morning with coffee, and Fit Blend® mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon to help you feel satiated before lunch or dinner.

Yes. Fit Blend® is compatible with the Keto diet, as it contains only 70 calories, with just 2.9 g of carbohydrates per serving. In addition, it has 5.6 g of fiber, so Fit Blend® has zero net carbohydrates. This makes it an ideal Keto product.

Our recommended daily dose is 20g, but if you wish, it can be taken twice a day, that is, two doses of 20g (40g in total).

No problem! You can take it prepared and consume it later. We recommend you to shake it before taking it to prevent any of the ingredients from precipitating to the bottom and potentially losing any properties. Ideally carry in a thermos or shaker.

If you are going to mix it with water, you can take it in powder form in the shaker, and mix it with water when you are going to consume it.

All products are formulated for adult body weight. We cannot recommend it for pediatric use. If you wish to use it in children, always do so under the supervision of a medical professional.

In approximately 30 minutes you will notice the satiating effect.

The effect will last between 1 and 2 hours after those first 30 minutes.

We recommend drinking plenty of water (0.5-1L) after consuming the Fit Blend™ to enhance its satiating effect.

We recommend consuming it mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon. You can consume it twice a day if you want to increase satiety.
