The Fit Blend has a delicious vanilla flavor. With natural vanilla aroma, and the mixture of fibers we manage to subtly sweeten to create a delicious drink to drink at any time. With water, milk, vegetable drink or favorite recipe.

We recommend to take it cold.

When you heat up Fit Blend, the protein clumps together and forms lumps. Although it has the same benefits, the texture becomes worse.

Directions for use

Daily intake is a full scoop (20g), included in the bag.
Can mix it with water, milk, vegetable drink, yogurt or some recipe. Not with coffee, because of the temperature.
Take it at cold or room temperature. DO NOT take hot, since the protein clumps, although it does not lose properties.
You can combine it with other Baïa products, except those containing Ashwagandha (Calm Creamer and Natural Balance), since it would exceed the maximum daily dose.
Do not take at the same time with: any Creamer, or Well Blend, due to the amount of fiber.
It is ideal to remove the Fit Blend with our skimmer, or in our shaker for better dissolution.
You can prepare it before consuming it, and take it in a thermos, or in a recipe. Shake again before taking.
