If the return to routine is playing tricks on you and you want to improve your concentration, have more energy throughout the day and not let stress take over you, I recommend that you follow the following tips:
IN THE MORNING
Nothing like starting the day with a good energizing breakfast that keeps your sugar levels stable and with revitalizing ingredients to prevent you from abusing coffee.
Include foods rich in protein and healthy fats such as nuts, chia and hemp seeds, eggs or organic yogurt. You can combine them with oat flakes, fruit, ORGANIC ACAI , or make a smoothie with ORGANIC MACA as it is an adaptogen, it will help you deal with stress and increase your energy.
Avoid refined flours, cereals full of sugar and artificial ingredients that will not satisfy you and yet will cause you to gain weight.
If the night before you ate too much or abused alcohol, there's nothing like starting the morning with a shot of spirulina to reset your body and purify it.
If you are a fan of coffee (it dehydrates and inhibits the absorption of certain minerals), try changing it little by little for ORGANIC MATCHA TEA to increase your intake of antioxidants and fiber.
DURING THE DAY
Don't go for processed snacks as they are usually full of sugar and/or salt, and their nutritional value is very low. Choose to eat regular healthy meals and if you are hungry between meals, choose for example a piece of fruit, natural juices, goji berries or a handful of nuts.
If you feel without much energy, it could be a symptom of dehydration, so remember to drink water between meals, trying to drink 1.5 liters daily.
In times of stress, there is nothing like supplementing your diet with ORGANIC MACA , hemp seeds or spirulina. Its richness in B vitamins, proteins and fatty acids is key to dealing with it.
Do physical exercise. Today's sedentary life is one of the main enemies of our health. It causes back pain, poor circulation and poor oxygenation, which translates into less energy and less concentration. If you spend many hours working in front of the computer, try stretching regularly and moving every hour. And when the weekend comes, try to escape and be in contact with nature.
AT NIGHT
No matter how much you take care of yourself during the day, if you don't rest well, it won't be the same. Your immune system, hormonal system and your metabolism need restful sleep to perform all their functions optimally.
Establish a routine by going to bed at the same time every day, trying not to let it be later than 11 p.m. Eat dinner without overdoing it so that digestion is not a bother, perform a series of restorative yoga postures, meditate, take a hot bath or drink relaxing infusions before going to bed. All of this will help you sleep well, wake up with energy, and that's it!
