Many beauty products contain perfumes, parabens and synthetic preservatives that your skin absorbs and can lead to long-term problems such as allergies, atopic dermatitis, irritation or dryness.

If we take care of our skin on the inside, with a healthy diet, and on the outside, using more natural and less aggressive products for the epidermis, your health will thank you.

At home we have many foods that can be used to prepare masks that are perfect for treating certain conditions and very easy to make.

Superfoods are ideal for giving your mask a “boost” and increasing its effectiveness.

Here are some ideas depending on your skin type:

For skin with acne

  • SPIRULINA WITH LEMON AND YOGURT

The high chlorophyll content of spirulina makes it a natural cell cleanser and regenerator.

Together with yogurt and lemon, two powerful antimicrobials, this mask helps in the healing and prevention of acne.

Mix the ingredients well to avoid lumps and let the mask act for 15 minutes. Then rinse the area with warm water.

For antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect

  • MATCHA, CUCUMBER AND COCONUT OIL MASK.

The vitamin content of Matcha tea, with vitamins A, B, C, E and K, and its richness in polyphenols, excellent antioxidants to combat free radicals, make this ingredient a basic for the skin. Cucumber acts as a refreshing and soothing agent for the skin, and is also ideal for reducing puffiness and reducing dark circles.

Crush the cucumber first, then heat the coconut oil to prevent it from solidifying and dilute two teaspoons of our ORGANIC MATCHA . Finally, stir all the ingredients well to avoid lumps. Apply the mixture evenly to the face, neck and neckline and leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

  • COCOA & COCONUT OIL MASK

The niacin, vitamin B5 and B9 content of our ORGANIC COCOA restore the skin's natural complexion, hydrate, revitalize and reduce wrinkles. Simply dilute a tablespoon of cocoa in warm water and let the mixture sit for 15 minutes. If you want, you can also add a little coconut oil.

For anti-stain and luminosity effect

  • ACAI, PAPAYA and LEMON

The enzymes in papaya and lemon are perfect for reducing blemishes and scars. Together with açai, this mask is ideal for clarifying and providing luminosity to the skin.

Crush a few pieces of papaya, and add the squeezed lemon. Finally, dilute our ORGANIC AÇAI in a little warm water and let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes.

For dry skin in need of nutrition

  • HONEY AND ACAI MASK

Honey, nutritious par excellence, together with our honey, and its content of vitamins C, A and E, make this mixture a beautifying cocktail.

Dilute a tablespoon of honey with warm water and a tablespoon of our ORGANIC AÇAI . Finally add the squeezed lemon. Stir well to avoid lumps. Apply the mixture evenly to the face, neck and décolleté and leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes. Then rinse with warm water.

For sensitive skin and exfoliation effect

  • ACAI, OATS AND HONEY.

Oatmeal and honey are soothing to the skin and açaí provides the ideal vitamin content to nourish and gently exfoliate the epidermis.

Dilute the honey in warm water, mix the oat flakes and a tablespoon of our ORGANIC AÇAI and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Every day we expose our skin to pollution, chemicals, air conditioners and many other factors that damage and sensitize it. It is not necessary to spend fortunes on treatments, but rather be consistent in taking care of your diet and your beauty habits. What are you waiting for to prepare your own mask? Is it really worth it.
