No, it is not vegan because the collagen peptides in our Beauty Creamer formula come from bovine collagen. In order to ensure the health benefits that collagen attributes, the only functional and effective way today is with animal collagen. Collagen is obtained exclusively from animal sources, since it is mainly found in their connective tissue.

It is bovine collagen. We have decided to use PEPTAN®, which is collagen hydrolyzed into small peptides that allow for much more effective digestion and absorption, thus allowing a real contribution of the units necessary to synthesize collagen in our body. The active peptides that we use in the Beauty creamer come from the hydrolysis of Type I collagen, the most abundant in the body, making it the most relevant when it comes to providing health benefits.

The amount we have added is 10 g per dose since clinical studies that have shown visible results recommend this amount.

The recommended daily dose is 20g (one scoop). You can take these grams in one shot or divide it in two throughout the day (10g in each).

You can drink it with your favorite drink, without necessarily just coffee. You can add it to coffee with milk, plain milk, water, yogurt, smoothies or even recipes. However you want!

A full dose of Beauty Creamer (20g) DOES break your fast by containing 10g of protein (hydrolyzed collagen).
