Ingredients: Whey Protein Isolate milk, prebiotic fibre blend: guar galactomannans (SUNFIBER®), chicory inulin (ORAFTI®) and blend of carob extract (ceratonia siliqua) and fructooligosaccharides (CSAT+®) [estd. at 36-40% galactomannan, 2-4% oligofructose and 1% polyphenols], MCTs from coconut (medium chain triglycerides), cocoa powder, guar gum, natural flavouring, ashwagandha root dry extract powder (KSM-66®), postbiotic: heat-treated BPL1® (bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CECT8145) and chromium-enriched yeast (lalmin® CR2000).

The Fit Blend has a delicious chocolate flavor. With 100% pure and organic cocoa, and the mixture of fibers we manage to subtly sweeten to create a delicious drinkto drink at any time. With water, milk, vegetable drink or favorite recipe.

We recommend to take it cold.

When you heat up Fit Blend, the protein clumps together and forms lumps. Although it has the same benefits, the texture becomes worse.

The Fit Blend does not contain any of these allergens:

Gluten free.
No nuts or peanuts.
Soy free.
Without egg.
No crustaceans.

Fit Blend is caffeine free, nor other exciting compounds.

People with fructose intolerance, or with SIBO, should not take Fit Blend, due to the prebiotic fiber inulin.

People with intolerance to lactose or milk proteins, can't take Fit Blend, due to the lactose and milk protein content in whey protein.

Daily intake is a full scoop (20g), included in the bag.
Mix it with water, milk, vegetable drink, yogurt or some recipe. Not with coffee, because of the temperature.
Take in cold or room temperature. DO NOT take hot, since the protein clumps, although it does not lose properties.
You can combine it with other Baïa products, except those containing Ashwagandha (Calm Creamer and Natural Balance), since it would exceed the maximum daily dose.
Do not take at the same time with: any Creamer, or Well Blend, due to the amount of fiber.
It is ideal to remove the Fit Blend with our skimmer, or in our shaker for better dissolution.
You can prepare it before consuming it, and take it in a thermos, or in a recipe. Shake again before taking.
