However, the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) does not advise against consumption by pregnant and/or lactating women or children, and it is considered suitable for the general population.

This routine cannot be consumed by anyone who is lactose and/or milk protein intolerant.

It is formulated with isolated whey protein, but it can cause discomfort to those who suffer from these intolerances.

Microbiotic Creamer is not recommended if you follow a low FODMAP diet, have fructose intolerance or SIBO due to its inulin fiber content that is metabolized in our body into oligofructose.

Like Fit Blend, it contains prebiotic fiber, in the form of inulin.

• Fit Blend: One scoop (20g).
• Microbiotic Creamer: One scoop (10g).

You can consume them throughout the day.

We recommend consuming Microbiotic Creamer in the morning with coffee or your favorite beverage.

We recommend consuming Fit Blend between meals.
*We do not recommend heating the Fit Blend.

Turmeric Latte: Morning or afternoon.

Natural Sleep: at night, 30 minutes before bed.

Fit Blend and Microbiotic Creamer should not be combined in the same drink. Because of the amount of fiber they both have, it is best to drink them at least 2 hours apart.

Microbiotic Creamer does not break the fast, mixed with water or coffee.

The Fit Blend, due to the amount of protein, does break intermittent fasting.
