Shipping
We send all orders on the peninsula through our logistics operator.
Your order will arrive within the indicated period depending on the destination and the type of shipping requested.
On the peninsula we work with two transport companies, MRW and Correos, of which you will be able to choose the one you like the most when selecting the shipping method.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., so as long as you place the order before 12:30 p.m. it will be included in the day's shipment, but if you place the order later, the period will count from next business day. Orders placed on Friday at 12:31 will be shipped the following Monday . This also includes 24h Express orders.
After 30 minutes from placing the order, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to add any more information about the shipping address, write to us at aloha@baiafood.com as soon as possible specifying the order number and indicating the modifications and we will contact the transport company.
You will be notified by email when the order leaves the warehouse and when it is in delivery. The notice includes the shipment tracking number so you can track it.
In case of impossibility of delivery, the delivery person will make a second delivery attempt. If this is also unsuccessful, the carrier will take your package to the nearest collection point, where you can pick it up during the following days (the transport company counts 15 days from receiving it before returning it).
If after these days the collection has not been carried out, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the product will be refunded, with the exception of the shipping costs, both for the first and the return, which will be borne by the consumer.
Collection point shipping method: Delivery times at the collection point are the same as at home, 48 - 72 hours. Once the order is at the collection point, it will remain there for 15 days so you can go pick it up.

**If you select the Pickup Point shipping method, it will not be possible to modify it and make a home delivery once the order is placed and paid.

Your order may take a little longer to arrive if it is held in Customs.
