Legal Bases of the Baïa food x ko: Train to be well Giveaway
1. ORGANIZER

The draw is organized by Baïa Food (Medicinal Gardens SL NIF B86745940 ) and ko Madrid ( KOURBAN DETOX CENTER SL NIF B 10638377 ).


2. PURPOSE AND DATES OF THE DRAW

The raffle aims to promote well-being and encourage active participation in our community.

  • Start date: December 19, 2024
  • Completion date: December 22, 2024
  • Winners announcement date: December 23, 2024


3. PARTICIPANTS

  • People over 18 years of age residing in Spain may participate.
  • Participants are required to follow @baiafoodco and @ilivekoespana_ on Instagram, like the official giveaway post, tag at least one friend in the comments and enter using the official form.


4. PRIZES

There will be three winners , who will receive:

  • Pass for KO classes *
  • A Well Blend .
  • A Wellness Journal .
  • A Wellness Bottle .

* Train wherever you are!
Prize in Madrid: Voucher for 8 face-to-face classes (valid for 1 month).
Prize outside Madrid: 1 unlimited month at KO Digital.

Prizes are personal and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.


5. DRAW MECHANICS

The draw will be carried out using a random selection system among all participants who meet the indicated requirements.


6. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE WINNERS

  • The winners will be contacted via the email provided in the registration form and announced on the social networks @baiafoodco and @ilivekoespana_
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, an alternate will be selected.


7. DATA PROTECTION


The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will be used to manage this draw. In addition, with the explicit consent of the participant, the data may be retained to send commercial communications related to Baïa food and Ko and their products or services.

  • Main purpose: Management of the draw and contact with the winners.

  • Baïa Food and ko Madrid reserve the right to modify these rules or cancel the draw if there is a justified cause.
  • The organizers are not responsible for any technical problems or errors that may arise during registration or selection of winners.
