To do it, you will need:

  • 400 g unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 g agar agar
  • 2 tablespoons of date puree
  • 1 tsp natural immunity
  • Red fruits of your choice

We prepare it in just 4 steps:

1. In a small pot, place the cold coconut milk, add the agar agar, Natural Immunity and date puree.
2. We bring it to medium-high heat and let it boil for a few seconds, constantly stirring so that it does not stick and all the ingredients are well integrated.
3. We let it cool for 10 minutes.
4. We pour the mixture into our glass cups and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, we serve it with our preferred red fruits.
