People with intolerance to lactose or milk proteins, can't take Fit Blend, due to the lactose and milk protein content in whey protein.

The daily intake is a full scoop (20g), included in the bag.
Mix it with water, milk, vegetable drink, yogurt or some recipe. Not with coffee, because of the temperature.
Take it cold or room temperature. DO NOT take hot, since the protein clumps, although it does not lose properties.
You can combine it with other Baïa products, except those containing Ashwagandha (Calm Creamer and Natural Balance), since it would exceed the maximum daily dose.
Do not take at the same time with: any Creamer, or Well Blend, due to the amount of fiber.
It is ideal to remove the Fit Blend with our skimmer, or in our shaker for better dissolution.
You can prepare it before consuming it, and take it in a thermos, or in a recipe. Shake again before taking.

Estos productos son compatibles y pueden ser consumidos en el mismo día; sin embargo, debido a su alto contenido en fibra, se recomienda espaciar las tomas en el tiempo. Por ejemplo, desayuno y media mañana, o desayuno y después de comer o media tarde. No obstante, si toleras bien la fibra y decides consumirlos simultáneamente, esto no afectará a su eficacia🔬.

¡Hola Mónica! Con nuestro producto no se produce efecto rebote por tres motivos: no genera un déficit calórico acusado (que a corto plazo con otras dietas es lo que provoca volver a tener los mismos hábitos de consumo), contiene proteínas (evitando la pérdida muscular, otro punto clave en éste efecto, se recupera antes la grasa que el músculo perdido) y al ser a largo plazo, no hay una desregulación hormonal cortoplacista que haga volver a las mismas cosumbres.
