Yes, you can combine all of our products with each other, except for:
-Calm CREAMER + Natural Balance: We do not recommend taking them on the same day as this would exceed the recommended dose of KSM-66® ashwagandha extract.
-Microbiotic CREAMER + Brain LATTE: Although there is no evidence of any harmful effects, we do not recommend taking them on the same day as this would exceed the recommended daily dose of 500 mg of Lion's Mane extract.
-Keep in mind if you want to consume the Microbiotic, Beauty or Calm CREAMER, consume them at different times of the day due to their high fiber content.

Shipping costs within the peninsula are free for orders over €50.
In the Balearic Islands, they are free for orders over €100.
Canary Islands, free shipping on orders over €150.

Our orders arrive within 48-72 hours in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. To the Canary Islands, it takes 6 business days. (During sales or holidays, it may take a little longer.)
You will receive your order within the specified timeframe, depending on the destination and shipping type requested. Shipments are made Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you want to return a product, you have 30 days from the date you received it to do so. The email sent once your order has been received will provide an option to return the desired product; you must do so from there.
