🔥High temperatures invite us to look for fresh and delicious ways to stay hydrated and energized.

What better way to do it than with a smoothie?

1. COLLAGEN AND STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

🛒What do you need?

-Frozen red fruits: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries...

-1/2 avocado (optional)

-1 tablespoon of flax seeds.

-1 ladle of collagen with vitamin C Beauty Creamer

-Almond drink.

-1 tablespoon of kefir or yogurt.

2. AÇAÍ SMOOTHIE

🛒What do you need?

-1 mixer.

-Handful of blueberries.

-Half a banana.

-Some strawberries.

-A little milk or plant-based drink. (The amount depends on whether you like it thinner or creamier.)

-1 tablespoon of organic açaí, a fruit with more antioxidants than the blueberry.

-You can add ice to make your smoothie fresher.

3. PLANT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

🛒What do you need?

-1 ripe banana.

-1 pear (or any fruit you fancy)

-A cup of milk or vegetable drink.

-1 ladle of Plant protein Maca Mocha.

-1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

-A couple of ice cubes.

4. RED BERRY AND WHEY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

🛒What do you need?

-Half a cup of frozen red fruits.

-A cup of vegetable drink or milk.

-1 ladle of our Vainilla Whey Protein.

-Add ice if you like it thicker.

And crush everything!
