If returning to routine is playing tricks on you and you want to improve your concentration, have more energy throughout the day and not let stress take over you, I recommend that you continue the following tips:

IN THE MORNING

Nothing beats starting the day with a good, energizing breakfast that keeps your blood sugar levels stable and with revitalizing ingredients to prevent you from overindulging in coffee.

Include foods rich in protein and healthy fats such as nuts, chia seeds and hemp, egg, or organic yogurt. You can combine them with oat flakes, fruit, ORGANIC ACAI, or make a smoothie with ORGANIC MACA Being an adaptogen, you Helpwill help you deal with stress and increase your energy.

Avoid refined flours, sugar-laden cereals, and artificial ingredients that won't fill you up and will cause weight gain.

If you overate or overindulged in alcohol last night, there's nothing like starting the morning with a shot of spirulina to reset and cleanse your body.

If you are a fan of coffee (it dehydrates and inhibits the absorption of certain minerals), try changing it little by little for ORGANIC MATCHA TEA to increase intake of antioxidants and fiber.

DURING THE DAY

Avoid processed snacks, as they're often full of sugar and/or salt, and have very little nutritional value. Choose regular, healthy meals, and if you're hungry between meals, choose a piece of fruit or juice, for example. naturalis, berries of goji or a handful of nuts.

If you notice you're lacking much energy, it could be a sign of dehydration, so remember to drink water between meals, aiming for 1.5 liters daily.

In times of stress, nothing like supplementing your diet with ORGANIC MACA, hemp seeds or spirulina. Its richness in B vitamins, proteins, and fatty acids is key to dealing with it.

Get physical exercise. Today's sedentary lifestyle is one of the main enemies of our health. It causes back pain, poor circulation, and poor oxygenation, which translates into less energy and poorer concentration. If you spend long hours at a computer, try stretching regularly and moving around every hour. And when the weekend comes, try to get away and stay in touch with the naturalness.

FOR THE EVENING

No matter how much you take care of yourself during the day, if you don't rest well, it won't be the same. Your immune system, hormones, and metabolism need restful sleep to function optimally.

Establish a routine by going to bed at the same time every day, trying not to go later than 11 p.m. Eat dinner without overdoing it so digestion isn't a problem, do a series of restorative yoga poses, meditate, take a hot bath, or drink relaxing herbal teas before bed. All of this will help you sleep well, wake up energized, and go all out!
