Our Beauty Creamer has a higher dose of collagen and is designed to be taken with coffee or milk/vegetable drink while the Natural Beauty also has hyaluronic acid, focusing mainly on the antioxidant power of strawberry and pomegranate with a powerful phytoactive such as ellagic acid.

Both are complementary.

No, it is not vegan because the collagen peptides in our Beauty Creamer formula come from bovine collagen. In order to ensure the health benefits that collagen attributes, the only functional and effective way today is with animal collagen. Collagen is obtained exclusively from animal sources, since it is mainly found in their connective tissue.

It is bovine collagen. We have decided to use PEPTAN®, which is collagen hydrolyzed into small peptides that allow for much more effective digestion and absorption, thus allowing a real contribution of the units necessary to synthesize collagen in our body. The active peptides that we use in the Beauty creamer come from the hydrolysis of Type I collagen, the most abundant in the body, making it the most relevant when it comes to providing health benefits.

The amount we have added is 10 g per dose since clinical studies that have shown visible results recommend this amount.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend that you consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.

There is insufficient evidence regarding adverse effects of the ingredients in Beauty Creamer. Although the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) does not expressly advise against its consumption by pregnant and/or breastfeeding women, we recommend consulting an up-to-date professional so that they can give you a more personalized assessment.

The recommended daily dose is 20g (one scoop). You can take these grams in one shot or divide it in two throughout the day (10g in each).

It doesn't matter what time of day you take it, it can be in the morning, in the afternoon... The important thing is to be consistent in taking it to notice all its benefits.

You can drink it with your favorite drink, without necessarily just coffee. You can add it to coffee with milk, plain milk, water, yogurt, smoothies or even recipes. However you want!

A full dose of Beauty Creamer (20g) DOES break your fast by containing 10g of protein (hydrolyzed collagen).

In fact, it is one of the best ways to break the fast as it contains TCMs, healthy fatty acids present in coconut that allow us to be more metabolically flexible, "accustoming" our body to the fact that it should be able to obtain energy, not only of carbohydrates, but also of fat, of which it has greater reserves.

In addition, fasting protein, fiber and fat by adding our Beauty Creamer to your coffee will allow you to be more focused during the morning, since you will avoid any rise in blood sugar (and any subsequent drop).
