RETURN POLICY

Legal right to cancel the purchase: Right of withdrawal.

1. If you don't like it or don't want it:

If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 30 days naturalwithoutthe need for justification, provided that the product has not been altered or opened.
In this case, a refund of the product amount will be made, but the consumer will bear the costs of shipping and return.

If the product is not what you expected, you have not noticed the desired effects, or the taste is not to your liking, you can request the return and refund of the product, within the 30-day naturalperiod, assuming as a consumer the shipping and return expenses.

The cost of the return is €4.95, which will be deducted from the refund to be made. 

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the goods' return.

You must return or directly deliver the goods to us within 30 days naturalfrom the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

2. In case it arrives with a quality issue: 

If you receive the order with a quality problem, it has arrived defective or broken, regardless of the country you reside in, contact us within 2-3 days through our email aloha@baiafood.com espespecifying the order number, a photograph or video where the defect can be seen, and a photograph of the delivery note. Baïa Food will take care of the product exchange, a voucher valid for one year of the same value, or a refund (at the consumer's choice), including shipping costs.

The item(s) to be returned must be carefully packaged and the box must include the delivery note, with the shipping label attached to the outside of the package.

We will proceed to make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise, expressly detailing the payment method through which you wish us to make the return

The withdrawal period will expire 30 days naturalfrom the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods or in case the goods that make up your order are delivered separately.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must do so through this link (), or through our email to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of this right on your part is sent before the corresponding deadline expires. To proceed with the return, within the email that is sent once the order has been received, an option to return the desired product is displayed. Once the option is selected, a tab will open showing the steps to follow and the address to which the products you wish to return must be sent. Here you must select the items you wish to return, indicating the reason for the return, with the possibility of adding a comment. Likewise, the delivery note shows the steps to follow and a QR code that opens this same tab.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the sale of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly, which for hygiene reasons or due to their naturalconsumable nature, cannot be returned.
