Energy Creamer - It can be combined in the same drink if you want to enhance the satiety and energy of the Fit Blend.

Protein (Pure & Plant) - We recommend consuming more protein throughout the day. Can be combined with Fit Blend, or consumed at different times of the day to maximize protein intake.

Others - It can be combined with other Baïa products throughout the day. It could be mixed with lattes and superfoods in the same drink.

Warning: We recommend consuming only 2 daily doses of these 3 products (Fit Blend, Calm Creamer and Natural Balance) due to their Ashwaganda doses. There is no contraindication for consuming more ashwagandha during the day, but the studies have been done with 600mg of ashwagandha, and that is what we recommend in one day.

Of course! Microbiotic Creamer and Fit Blend are perfect companions for your health, but they should be consumed at different times of the day, due to the amount of prebiotic fibers they contain.

Yeah. Fit Blend is compatible with the Keto diet, as it only has 70 calories, with only 2.9g of carbohydrates per serving. In addition, it has 5.6g of fiber, so Fit Blend has zero net carbs. That makes it an ideal Keto product.

Our recommended daily dose is 20g, but if you wish, it can be taken twice a day, that is, two doses of 20g (40g in total).
