The disruptive innovation we have been working on in recent years has finally arrived: our patented DMB® plant extract.

It is unique since it contains miraculin , one of the few proteins of fruit origin, thanks to which you will be able to enter a magical world of new flavors and where you will live a unique sensory experience firsthand.

Commonly known as the "miracle berry", the red fruit of the African tropical plant Synsepalum dulcificum allows us to perceive acidic foods as sweet without the need to add sugar or artificial sweeteners.

DMB® forms a film or "sweet filter" on our tongue, temporarily binding to the taste buds, and activating the perception of sweetness when we eat acidic foods or drinks.

Our berries are picked one by one by hand from the farms of local small farmers in southern Ghana . On the same day of harvest we do a cold extraction, obtaining a 100% pure juice without additives that we freeze immediately to preserve it. In this state, we import it to Europe where it is freeze-dried in powder form, which keeps the properties of the fresh fruit intact and extends its useful life.

This powdered pink extract is used as the main ingredient to make lozenges in “candy” format.

After 10 years of research, development and a lot of innovation, we have managed to patent our DMB® fruit extract with miraculin , being the only European company that can market it throughout the EU.

Limitado

Al principio era gracioso ver cómo sabe dulce el limón pero la verdad es que solo sirve para eso, para el limón o sea que yo la verdad es que no le veo mucha utilidad

Fantástico producto

Me parece fantástico el producto, lo único que cambiaría sería el formato, en lugar de caramelos hacerlo en polvo para que fuera más versátil y se pudiera emplear en diversas preparaciones
