Who are we?
Baifa is a Spanish startup that was founded in 2016 by two entrepreneurs, Guillermo and Loan, with the mission of accompanying people on their path to well-being so they can enjoy a more fulfilling life.
Guillermo Milans
At 21, peritonitis changed my life. They removed one meter of my intestine, and I understood that digestive health is key to overall well-being. Due to my malabsorption issues, I discovered natural supplementation and the real impact of what we eat. With the help of Loan, a pharmacist and expert in medicinal plants, I recovered my health. It was then that we saw we could help many more people.

When Guille asked me for help after his surgery, I knew that medicinal plants and natural supplementation could make a difference in his full recovery. I supported him through that process, and together we saw clearly that we should share it with more people. That is how Baifa Food was born: natural products, backed by scientific evidence, with no sugars or additives, designed to improve people’s quality of life.

From a young age, I was passionate about medicinal plants. I experienced a change in my lifestyle at 22, which led me to research and improve my well-being. I wanted to join a company that shared my values and promoted an integrative vision of health. That is how I joined Guillermo and Loan’s project to help improve everyone’s quality of life and well-being.
