Healthy smoothies for summer

🔥 High temperatures invite us to look for fresh and delicious ways to stay hydrated and full of energy.

What better way to do it than with a smoothie?

1. COLLAGEN AND STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

🛒 What do you need?

-Frozen red fruits: blueberries, strawberries, raspberries...

-1/2 avocado (optional)

-1 tablespoon of flax seeds.

-1 scoop of collagen with vitamin C from the Beauty Creamer

-Almond drink.

-1 tablespoon of kefir or yogurt.

2. ACAI SMOOTHIE

🛒 What do you need?

-1 mixer.

-A handful of blueberries.

-Half a banana.

-Some strawberries.

-A little milk or vegetable drink. (The amount depends on whether you like it more liquid or creamy)

-1 tablespoon of organic açaí , a fruit with more antioxidants than blueberries.

-You can add ice to make your smoothie fresher.

 

3. PLANT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

🛒 What do you need?

-1 ripe banana.

-1 pear (or whatever fruit you fancy)

-A cup of milk or vegetable drink.

-1 scoop of Maca Moca Plant Protein .

-1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

-A couple of ice cubes.

4. RED BERRY AND WHEY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

🛒 What do you need?

-Half a cup of frozen red berries.

-A cup of vegetable drink or milk.

-1 scoop of our Vanilla Whey Protein.

-Add ice if you like it thicker.

And crush everything!
