Yes, with whichever you like best. All our products are designed to be mixed with your favorite drink (or with yogurt, if you prefer): coffee, water, milk, or plant-based drink, hot or cold. That said, each formula has its ideal preparation method—some dissolve with just stirring, while others require more vigorous shaking—so you can get the most out of their flavor and texture.

Yes, most of their formulas are compatible! However, due to their fiber content and other ingredients, we advise spacing the servings about 2 to 3 hours apart to support digestion and the absorption of nutrients from each product. We also do not recommend mixing several products in the same serving except in specific cases (e.g., Protein + Creatine).
