The Beauty Creamer has a vanilla and sweet flavor. No sugar or sweeteners. It is the perfect substitute for milk and sugar in coffee. With natural vanilla aroma we get the vanilla flavor, and with chicory inulin (the prebiotic fiber) we can subtly sweeten any drink.

The daily intake is a full scoop (20g), included in the bag.
Can mix it with coffee, water, milk, vegetable drink or yogurt.
You can take it in cold or hot, since it resists high temperatures.
You can combine it with other Baïa products, for example lattes.
Do not take in the same dose with: any Creamer, Fit Blend, or Well Blend, due to the amount of fiber.

What are the differences with Natural Beauty?

Is it vegan?

No, it is not vegan because the collagen peptides in our Beauty Creamer formula come from bovine collagen. In order to ensure the health benefits that collagen attributes, the only functional and effective way today is with animal collagen. Collagen is obtained exclusively from animal sources, since it is mainly found in their connective tissue.

What type of collagen is it?

It is bovine collagen. We have decided to use PEPTAN®, which is collagen hydrolyzed into small peptides that allow for much more effective digestion and absorption, thus allowing a real contribution of the units necessary to synthesize collagen in our body. The active peptides that we use in the Beauty creamer come from the hydrolysis of Type I collagen, the most abundant in the body, making it the most relevant when it comes to providing health benefits.

The amount we have added is 10 g per dose since clinical studies that have shown visible results recommend this amount.

Is it suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?

When and how much should I consume?

The recommended daily dose is 20g (one scoop). You can take these grams in one shot or divide it in two throughout the day (10g in each).

¡Hola! El EnergyCreamer puedes mezclarlo con cualquiera de ellos, sin embargo, el resto de Creamers recomendamos consumirlos en el mismo día pero en diferentes tomas por su alto contenido en fibra :)

Buenos días Estoy tomando los polvos para la inflamación, llevo dos meses y estoy bastante contenta,lo tomaré un mes más y tengo que descansar verdad?? No es necesario, recomendamos como mínimo 3 meses pero, después, no tiene tiemp máximo de toma por lo que, podrás consumirlo todo el tiempo que consideres y necesites :) Por otro lado, estos dos productos pueden consumirse en el mismo día pero, recomendamos consumilo en tomas separadas por su contenido en fibra :)

¡Hola!😄 Estos productos pueden ser consumidos en el mismo día; sin embargo, debido a su alto contenido en fibra, se recomienda espaciar las tomas en el tiempo. Por ejemplo, desayuno y media mañana, o desayuno y después de comer. No obstante, si decides consumirlos simultáneamente, esto no afectará a su eficacia. Si eres una persona que además consume mucha fibra al día, tenlo en cuenta🥰 ¡Mil gracias!
