Indicações de utilização

Do not combine Microbiotic Creamer® and Beauty Creamer in the same drink.
Separate the doses throughout the day.
Microbiotic Creamer® can be taken with coffee, water, milk, plant-based beverage, or yogurt. Add a full scoop (10g) to your drink.
Beauty Creamer can be taken with coffee, water, milk, plant-based beverage, or yogurt. Add a full scoop (20g) to your drink.
You can take both cold or hot, as they withstand high temperatures.
They can be combined with other Baïa products.
We do not recommend mixing Microbiotic Creamer or Beauty Creamer with any other Creamer, Fit Blend, or Well Blend, due to the amount of fiber.
It is ideal to stir them with ourfrother, for better dissolution.
You can prepare it before consuming it, and take it in a thermos.
