The Focus Creamer and the Brain Latte have a common goal, but with a different strategy.

Both are focused on improving brain health, improving concentration, memory and attention, and reducing inflammation.

They are compatible and can be consumed together. Although we do not recommend the Brain Latte with coffee, as it would greatly change the taste of the coffee.

Focus Creamer contains the patented ingredient Citicoline in the form of Cognizin®. This ingredient is a nutrient for neurons, which it protects so that electrical impulses are more efficient.

On the other hand, the Brain Latte has as a functional ingredient the medicinal mushroom "Lion's Mane". This has been shown to increase neuronal connections, in what is known as NGF (Neural Growth Factor) (BDNF).
