While the Calm Creamer has 3 active ingredients (reishi, l-theanine and ashwagandha) to reduce stress, promote relaxation and is designed to be taken with coffee.

The recommended daily dose is 10g (two dessert teaspoons or a tablespoon). You can take them in two doses of 5g each or put 10g in one dose.

You can take it with your favorite drink, you can add it to milk, coffee, water, yogurt, smoothies or even recipes. However you want!

Clear! Without any problem. You can mix them in the same drink or combine them throughout the day as you like and feel like.
With the exception of Calm Creamer, we do not recommend taking it on the same day since they share some ingredients that require a specific dose, such as ashwagandha.
