All orders within the peninsula are sent through our logistics operator.
Your order will arrive within the indicated time frame depending on the destination and type of shipping requested.
In the peninsula we work with the transport company Correos.

Deliveries are made within 48/72 business hours in the peninsula, 3 to 5 business days in the Balearic Islands and 5 to 7 in the Canary Islands.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. , so if you place your order before 12:30 p.m. it will be included in the same day's shipment, but if you place your order later, the delivery period will start from the next working day. Orders placed on Friday at 12:31 p.m. will be shipped on the following Monday, as will orders placed on public holidays. 

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. You can return it as soon as you receive it.
After 30 minutes from placing the order, it cannot be modified. If you need to add any additional information about the shipping address, write to us at aloha@baiafood.com as soon as possible specifying the order number and indicating the changes and we will contact the transport company.

You will be notified by email when the order leaves the warehouse and when it is being delivered. The notification includes the shipment tracking number so you can track it.

If delivery is not possible, the courier will make a second attempt to send the package. If this is also unsuccessful, the carrier will take your package to the nearest collection point, where you can collect it during the following days (the transport company counts 15 days from receipt of the package before returning it).

If the order has not been collected after these days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the product will be refunded, except for the shipping costs, both the initial and the return, which will be borne by the consumer.

Pick-up point shipping method: Delivery times at the pick-up point are the same as at home, 48 - 72 hours. Once the order is at the pick-up point, it will remain there for 15 days so you can go and pick it up.
If the order has not been collected after these days, the order will be returned to our warehouse and the product will be refunded, except for the shipping costs, both the initial and the return, which will be borne by the consumer.
**If you select the Pick-up Point shipping method, it cannot be modified and delivered to your home once the order has been placed and paid for.

** ORDERS WITH ISLAND LOGISTICS OPERATOR FOR THE CANARY ISLANDS .

Purchases made from the Canary Islands are subject to the payment of taxes, which vary depending on the value of the goods. Payment (in cash or card) of these will be made by the customer to the carrier at the time of delivery.
For orders over €150, the final customer must pay DUA + AIEM + IGIC, the price of which will depend on the decision of Customs.
For orders under €150, the end customer pays AIEM at the time of delivery if applicable.
These orders will be sent via premium air service and will be delivered within an estimated 7 days. Despite being a low value order, it involves customs processing.
Your order may take longer to arrive if it is held in Customs.
To ensure a successful shipment without customs inspection, we recommend leaving ORGANIC COCONUT out of orders for shipments to the Canary Islands, as it involves a phytosanitary inspection that greatly delays delivery times and requires specific documentation.
*** In exceptional periods , shipments may be delayed up to 7 business days (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, Easter and the entire month of August).
**** Countries such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland that require customs inspection, shipments are DAP. The price you see on the screen includes transportation from your address at origin to your buyer's address at destination, excluding customs clearance at destination. Therefore, the only responsibility a buyer has when negotiating DAP shipping terms is to arrange with a customs agent to handle import customs clearance.

PAYMENTS
:

Prices on the website include VAT but exclude delivery charges, which will be added to the total amount due. Prices may change at any time, but (except as set out above) any changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will be added to your basket and the next step is to process your order and make payment. To do this, you will need to follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or checking the information requested at each step.
Also, during the purchasing process, before making the payment, you can modify the details of your order.
