Ingredients for the base:

- Roasted cashews

- Dates

- Coconut oil

Ingredients for the cream:

- Cream cheese

- Date paste

- Coconut milk

- Matcha Latte

Elaboration:

First, we grind all the base ingredients and put them in the mold.

We blend all the base ingredients well and add gelatin. We transfer the mixture to the mold and reserve for a few hours in the refrigerator.

We unmold, and decorate with red berries and granola.
