When can I cancel my subscription

After your third purchase, that is, before the fourth automatic subscription purchase is made, you can cancel it.

Within your customer portal, in the subscriptions section and clicking on edit the product, you will see the option to cancel your subscription. When you activate the cancellation, we will only ask you to clarify the reason and from that moment on, no more orders will be generated.

If I subscribe to several products, do they get to me at the same time?

Yes, as long as all products have the same subscription frequency.

If you already have a product and later subscribe to another one, they will also be sent together as long as they have the same shipping frequency in the subscription.

Can I change the shipping address?

Yes, within the customer area you can add or change address.

Can I advance an order? And skip it?

Yes, you can advance or delay your subscription order within the customer area. In Subscriptions, click on your product and edit. There you can skip an order or manage it however you want.

The first order is generated at the time of purchase. It takes 48-72 hours to arrive.

The other orders are placed automatically depending on the chosen frequency, and would arrive in 48-72 hours later.

For example: You have purchased a product on the 1st of the month with a frequency of 15 days, on the 15th of the month the order will be generated and the payment will be made, but it will arrive at your address on the 17th-18th of the month.
