Today we bring you a super simple and delicious recipe. It is ideal to take in the morning or before exercising as it will give us a lot of energy.
We use ORGANIC COCOA which, as you well know, is a natural source of antioxidants thanks to its high flavanol content. It also improves mood due to its tryptophan and magnesium content, giving us enough energy to get through the day.
By adding ORGANIC MACA we get an extra source of natural energy. This is an adaptogenic food that will help us reduce stress and chronic fatigue, in addition to acting as a hormonal regulator.
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of almonds
- 2 dates (add more if I'm very sweet, but don't overdo it either)
- 300ml almond milk
- 1 tablespoon ORGANIC COCOA
- 1 small spoon of ORGANIC MACA
- 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
- 1 ice (optional)
